Known for her hands-on commitment to cases, her strategic clarity, and her tenacity in achieving client objectives, Claudette regularly acts in matters where the stakes of the dispute are high, and her clients require confidence, responsiveness, precision and sound judgment. Her experience includes conducting complicated negotiations, the running of litigation before Courts, Tribunals and regulatory bodies, and her own advocacy work, in addition to working with counsel.
